For the first time in a long time, the weather forecast predicted snow. So, with fully charged batteries and warm clothes, I headed to Cologne.
But again and again, there were only short periods with a few snowflakes.
I was about to head home when my ambition kicked in and I decided to give it one last try and went back into the city.
Less than five minutes later, really heavy snowfall set in, accompanied by strong gusts of wind. It was paradise, and in the 30 minutes or so that the shower lasted, I was able to take a great series of photos.
Unfortunately, the spectacle was over before nightfall, because I actually had a special motif in mind that could only be realized at night.
