My buddy Damian and I took a walk around Cologne, and we were actually just walking around the train station again because we had to wait for the train. There I saw the lady with her dog, desperately searching for a plastic bag to clean up her furry friend's mess.
Since I always carry a few in my bag, so I was able to help her out. But the scene was so bizarre, especially with her dress, that I quickly took this picture.
