All hell breaks loose in Cologne on Rose Monday. Countless people dressed up in the most amazing costumes. It's not that easy to stand out. But sometimes a quick glance is enough to stand out from the crowd. This Gentelman here definitely created that moment for me. One of my absolute favorite pictures this year so far.
