On Saturday I was in Cologne to meet with Dominik from Blickwinkel Magazine. I was in town earlier to do some photography. There was a vintage car parked at Clodwigplatz fr a wedding event and I looked to see if I could use the cool rear of the car into a composition. Then the man appeared next to me and pulled out his cell phone. I immediately noticed that this was just a dummy. At first glance, it wasn't obvious that the man was also clearly woozy.
There was worlds between the wedding taking place to my left and the life of the man next to me... surreal spaces next to each other in the city... two worlds and me with the camera in between. A feeling between disappointment in society, misplacement, helplessness and fascination with society.
