It does happen, but it's rare, that I ask people on the street for a portrait. Not because I'm afraid of it, but because I simply prefer candid pictures.
Often only poses like this come out. Nevertheless, I like the picture very much because the two ladies in the background are blurry and are my actual favorites. So a strong but posed portrait together with the background actually ends up in my list of weekly frames.
