My friend Tim (to his IG) had asked if I wanted to join to a jazz concert in Bonn. It's not really my kind of music, but since I always have to try everything, I spontaneously agreed. As usual, I had already been in the city a little beforehand and used the time to walk around the houses with my camera. It was exciting, since the hall where the concert was taking place was in a district that I would never have been to otherwise.
So I walked a little through the residential area and just looked around. I always find it very exciting how people live in different places. At least what you can see from the outside. Whole stories are told like that, and I always have the feeling that I get a hint of what everyday life is like in this part of the world.
I felt a little desolate here, and the image of the Plant Man perhaps best describes the contradiction between luxury and even the desolation that seemed omnipresent to me there. The plant-based superhero who is always ready to intervene in the event of injustice on the lonely street..
